DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

1. The Prices are indicated and the Products are sold CPT “Carriage paid to” agreed destination (CPT: INCOTERMS 2010).
2. Parties might agree upon different delivery conditions (INCOTERMS 2010) in the Special Sales Conditions (“SSC”).
3. The delivery terms notified by MARANGONI INDUSTRIAL TYRES are approximate. MARANGONI INDUSTRIAL TYRES is not liable for any direct and/or indirect damage suffered by the Purchaser due to delayed or failed delivery of the Products.
4. Failure to collect the Products does not exempt the Purchaser from its obligation to pay the specified Price. In this case, MARANGONI INDUSTRIAL TYRES has the right to store the Products at the Purchaser’s expense and risk.
